[Bug] hanging when running on rocm [Ubuntu 24.04]

expecting it could finish.

On Ubuntu 24.04, Linux 6.17.0-1017-oem, Rocm 7.2.3 (AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370)

import tvm
import numpy as np
tvm_data = tvm.runtime.tensor(np.random.rand(1, 784).astype("float32"), device=tvm.rocm(0))

has the same result, hanging and unable to complete.
