Native support for Mac Silicon due future removal of Rosetta

Hello,

with the next MacOS major release, Apple is starting to remove Rosetta emulator that allows to run x86/x64 binaries on Silicon CPU. The process "Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.EditorServices.Host" of AL extension for VSCode currently run emulated.

It would be very appreciated a new native extension to avoid interruptions for who use a Mac for developing. ☺️

We are working on this. We will switch to automatic runtime acquiring for the .net runtime. That will shrink the vsix size and support the Apple M silicon.
